New Routine

I’ve been going to the SAU fieldhouse in the early mornings to work out, which I haven’t done in a while. Did I lose 15 pounds in a month? No. I lost like 4 but have gained back about 8. Weight loss is quite difficult. However, on September 22, I will hit my one year anniversary of weight loss. 52 weeks of counting calories and I’ll be down at least 52 pounds.
The weightlifting will help. So will eating less junk.

Also, I’m back to blogging again. Like terrible old times.
