I’m fascinated by the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a Christ follower. One friend remarked: “we know God has a white beard and Jesus has a brown beard… but the Holy Spirit… does He even have a beard?” It may sound sacrilegious to consider such a question, but it reveals our common misunderstanding of the mystery of the Holy Trinity. I get it — I don’t get it — I have it — I desire more. Know what I mean?
