StayCation day 5

Everybody’s workin’ for the weekend.  We’re working during the weekend — on having a vacation, that is.  A StayCation carries right on to Saturday.  Mark my words.

Day 5

Visited: A family birthday party at Devil’s Lake.  Oh, don’t let the name “Devil’s Lake” fool you.  It’s more of an inland sea than a lake.

Experienced: Cake, but not enough sandwiches.  Isn’t that the worst — when you have to eat twice as much dessert?

Said aloud: Happy birthday to you.  Happy birthday to you.  Happy birthday dear __(celebrant title)__.  Happy birthday to you.

Said aloud: This spaghetti tastes even better after fermentation.
