Weight Loss: 15 Pounds in 1 Month

I have made it my aim to lose 15 (fifteen and no/100) pounds by Wednesday, September 1.

That’s approximately 4 pounds per week.

That’s approximately .5 pounds per day.

That’s approximately .16 pounds per meal.

All I need to do is eat .16 pounds less food per day.

Question: what food items weigh .16 pounds?
Answer: Meow Mix cat food can be purchased in .16 pound cans.

Question: will eating .16 pounds less food per day really work?
Answer: according to most sources, I’m not eating cat food.

Question: What, then, will I do to lose weight?
Answer: The same thing I’ve been doing, I guess. Counting calories. Exercising. Eating the right stuff.

Can it be done? This blogger says yes. And here‘s a link that talks about the right food to eat.
