It’s a beautiful Saturday. The crock pot is set on high as we slow cook our way to dinner. The sun is shining on the the resisting snow, which is holding back as much as possible before the inevitable melt. Spring is coming. You can feel it, taste it and even feel it beating down on your arm as you drive around on sunny days like this. Pretty soon we’ll be wearing sandals instead of snowsuits and earbuds instead of earmuffs.
Do people even wear earmuffs anymore? I can’t remember the last time I saw someone wear earmuffs.
I can’t remember the last time I wore a short sleeve shirt outside, either, but I know it happened. And it will happen again.
